
Tuppence, what a good British name, at least 40 years ago! I am finding that the girls and guys on the photo challenge, vast majority are in Great Britain, have names like all of us. Somehow I thought that they would have post-war juicy names like Lady Shallot, or Albert or Tuppence, of course.
As far as mysteries go, it was okay. I was far more into the British feel of the story and I fantasize about getting on a train and seeing the sheep farmers trailing the tracks. Oh, and the place names like Sutton Chancellor and calling the preacher, Vicar.
Ms. Christie's vocabulary is impeccable and I will be stealing some of her words in subsequent posts, no doubt!
