The key to good pictures is to take shots over and over and one of every 25 will be effective. Then some really speak to you in color and some in black and white.
I especially feel that faces are the best in black and white-our eyes tend to get smothered in all of the color and miss something interesting like Reesa's eyes in this shot. Or you really notice how she tucks her little lower lip up into her mouth.
